I will work closely to create a beautiful warm photoshoot.

  • I will curate a refined, editorial-style visual narrative that captures the exclusivity, influence, and elevated atmosphere of Founders Lounge positioning the event and its attendees as iconic and aspirational.

    We will start with a one on one shot with Iesha Marie Fox.

    Following along with 4 speakers.

       •    Atmospheric storytelling (details, textures, ambiance)

    •    Discreet, professional presence—blending into the environment while capturing authentic moments

        •    Editorial + candid hybrid approach:

        •    Elevated guest portraits (soft direction, natural confidence)

        •    Key interactions among founders, speakers, and VIPs

    • VIP Portraits, 10-15 minute slots

        •    Attention to luxury details: lighting, composition, and intentional framing.

    • Attention to High Fashion Color Direction Founders Lounge brand palette required: oxblood, burgundy, red, white, ivory, and navy.

  • Proposal for VIP time slots

    I can create more buffers if needed. This time does overlap cocktail hour. I would miss a lot. Please help me plan a better time if available.

It’s a space for us to explore and align on style, mood, and creative direction before the shoot.

    At Karla Welch Photography, each photo album is thoughtfully crafted and meticulously edited to ensure the highest quality and a timeless keepsake.

    Delivery Timeline:

    • Initial Selection & Editing: 1 to 2 weeks
      After your photo session, we carefully review and edit each image to highlight authentic moments and details.

    • Album Design & Review: 1 to 2 weeks
      Your album is designed with a balanced flow, reflecting your story. We’ll share a preview.

    • I appreciate your patience as I work to deliver a beautifully crafted album that you'll cherish for years to come. For any questions or updates, please feel free to contact me directly.•    

    • Rush Gallery Delivery (3 day- Turnaround) — $300

    •  Additional coverage may be added if availability allows

    •   Travel within the Charlotte metropolitan area is included.

    •   All images are professionally edited to reflect the timeless, refined aesthetic of Karla Welch Photography.

    • RAW files are not provided.

  • Payment Options and Policy

    At Karla Welch Photography, I accept the following payment methods:

    • Apple Pay: Quick and secure mobile payment option

    • Venmo: Convenient peer-to-peer payment through app

    • Cash: Accepted for in-person transactions

    • Credit Card: Flexible payment with major card providers

    • Zelle: Fast bank-to-bank transfers with no fees

    Upon securing your experience, a tailored invoice will be delivered for your convenience.

    Payment is expected in full prior to the session to secure your booking.
