I will work closely to create a beautiful warm photoshoot.

  • This pre-event photoshoot is designed to capture a refined, editorial narrative inspired by the elegance and symbolism of cards strategy, allure, power, and mystery. The visual story will feel editorial and intentional, blending luxury portraiture with artistic still-life elements.

    The goal is to create imagery that builds anticipation for your event while positioning your brand as elevated, curated, and unforgettable.

    This is important—this shoot isn’t playful.

    It’s:

    • Intentional

    • Controlled

    • Sophisticated

    • Slightly mysterious

    That means:

        •    Fewer “smiling at camera” shots

        •    More moments, gestures, angles

        •    Let the viewer feel like they’re observing something exclusive

  • Wardrobe

    To maintain a cohesive and striking visual palette, wardrobe will center around:

        •    Black – timeless, powerful, and sleek

        •    Off-white – soft, elevated, and editorial

        •    Red – bold, confident, and statement-making

    Props List:

    • Gloves

    • 1–2 decks of cards (consider one luxe set if possible)

    •  Branded paper goods (clean, minimal designs work best

    •   Optional: a small bag or clutch for lifestyle shots

    • Silver platter (if they don't have one)

    • bottle to do flat lays (I will possibly bring them home if they don't let us use them)

    At Karla Welch Photography, each photo album is thoughtfully crafted and meticulously edited to ensure the highest quality and a timeless keepsake.

    Delivery Timeline:

    • Initial Selection & Editing: 1 to 2 weeks
      After your photo session, we carefully review and edit each image to highlight authentic moments and details.

    • Album Design & Review: 1 to 2 weeks
      Your album is designed with a balanced flow, reflecting your story. We’ll share a preview.

    • I appreciate your patience as I work to deliver a beautifully crafted album that you'll cherish for years to come. For any questions or updates, please feel free to contact me directly.•    

    • Rush Gallery Delivery (3 day- Turnaround) — $300

    •  Additional coverage may be added if availability allows

    •   Travel within the Charlotte metropolitan area is included.

    •   All images are professionally edited to reflect the timeless, refined aesthetic of Karla Welch Photography.

    • RAW files are not provided.
